SHIPPING

Complimentary tracked Standard Shipping is available to all destinations offered at checkout. International Standard Shipping is provided through ELTA.

DHL Economy is available for selected destinations, while DHL Express is available as a faster paid upgrade. Complimentary DHL shipping may also be available for eligible EU orders over €350, as displayed at checkout.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• European Union: Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
• Non-EU Europe: Standard Shipping — 10–15 business days
• Other international destinations: Standard Shipping — 10–20 business days
• DHL Economy: approximately 3–6 business days, depending on destination
• DHL Express: approximately 1–5 business days, depending on destination

The delivery methods, prices and estimated transit times available for your address will be displayed at checkout.

All transit times are estimates and begin after dispatch. They do not include production or processing time. Delays caused by customs, postal services, couriers, adverse conditions or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Most NIAR HOUSE pieces are handmade to order. The applicable production time is stated on the relevant product page and begins after payment authorisation and address verification.

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched according to the processing time stated on their product page and remain subject to availability.

Processing may take longer during holidays, launches or periods of increased demand. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you by email.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking the shipment.

Please provide the recipient’s complete legal name, delivery address, postcode, email address and telephone number. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, returns or additional charges.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and responding promptly to delivery, postal-service or customs communications. If tracking shows that a shipment has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the delivery provider and NIAR HOUSE promptly so the matter can be investigated.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to respond to delivery or customs requests may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to import customs formalities.

For orders delivered to the United States, estimated import duties and customs-clearance fees are included in the product prices displayed for customers shopping from the United States. These orders are shipped with import duties prepaid, so no additional import duties or customs-clearance charges are expected upon delivery.

Orders delivered to other destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these shipments are sent with duties and taxes unpaid.

For these deliveries, the recipient is generally considered the importer and is responsible for customs clearance and payment of any applicable import charges. NIAR HOUSE cannot control or predict these charges. Please contact your local customs or tax authority for further information before ordering.

RETURNS AND SHIPPING COSTS

Refunds, return-shipping costs and any applicable deductions are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
